3) Open the instrument, select the corresponding nitrate measurement program,digital nitrate test and put the processed blank into the instrument to adjust the zero;

4) Remove the test tube and add a packet of nitrate (I) reagent;

5) Put on the cap and tighten it, shake it evenly and wait for 5 minutes;

6) Wipe the outer wall of the test tube with dust-free paper;

7) Put the treated sample tube into the instrument for reading.
