After spending so much time at PolyU, the biggest feeling of life is that its library is very developed and practical, and it does not have any decorations of science, technology, or art, but the study facilities in the self-study room are simple and comfortable with soft colors and many books. Different individuals have varying perceptions of the purpose of attending college. However, for numerous individuals, it marks the end of their formal education before entering society. In such a scenario, evaluating one's achievements in different subjects no longer serves solely as a measure of academic knowledge and progress. Rather, it becomes a reflection of an individual's personal aptitude, not just in comparison to classmates but to the entire society consisting of fellow students who have studied the same subject. Hence, it is illogical to grade on a curve within the classroom setting as this can foster a competitive environment that can prove detrimental. College grades hold equal significance to library grades in terms of being convincing indicators.

The biggest impression that PolyU leaves me is that whether the decision is active or passive, whether it is accepted or opposed, the inclusiveness and practicality of finding options are not enough, unlike City University and HKUST. Other than two lecturers with bad accents, it's difficult for me to feel negative about it.
