PPT Save As operation has two path methods, the first is to use the shortcut keys,merge pdf rearrange pages but also the most efficient method, the second is through the File menu commands for Save As.

Method one, use the shortcut Save As

1, Save As shortcut key is F12, is not simpler than the shortcut key to save Ctrl + S?

2, press the F12 key, a Save As window will pop up, select the file to save the location, format and modify the name of the PPT, and then click on the lower right corner of the Save button.

Method two, through the menu command Save As

1, click the File menu:

2, there will be a vertical tab bar on the left, the middle part of the "Save As" option can be seen, click it:

3, click Save As, a save interface will pop up, as shown in the figure below, enter the name of the file to be saved as, and then click Save button:

In addition to the above two Save As methods, there are some commonly used PPT shortcuts:

1, Ctrl + N: new blank document

2, Ctrl + Shift + N: copy the window

3, Ctrl + O: open PPT file

4, Ctrl + M: new slide page

5, Ctrl + S: Save the current document, the first time you use the save window will pop up, you need to select the save location.
